Distribution Facilitation for Unallocated “Potentials” NFTs

Proposal: We, the holders of "Potentials" NFTs, hereby authorize the DGRS DAO Council to facilitate the distribution of the unallocated 50 "Potentials" NFTs for the benefit of the NFT utility and community growth.

The DGRS DAO Council is constituted by this community resolution as a decentralized community coordination body comprising five most active and representative community members to date, pursuant to the following set of attributes and contributions: (a) number and rarity of "Potentials" NFT holding; (b) contribution to the community growth, by means of research, creating educational content and communication with the objective of enhancing the NFT utility and interacting with current and potential community members on diverse channels; and (c) community governance participation (frequency and weight of votes). The composition of the DGRS DAO Council may be modified by the majority of the Council members to ensure the highest level of community representation.

Rationale:

1. Scope of Authority

• Send, gift, or burn any of the minted and to date unallocated "Potentials" NFTs to award community members and supporters who contribute to the growth of the shared community and project value.

• Whilst the DGRS DAO Council will have full discretion in the allocation decisions, it will also consult with all the holders of "Potentials" NFTs on any issues where broader community governance participation is beneficial.

2. Why This Matters

• Ensures that the currently unallocated "Potentials" NFTs are used for the benefit of the community and distributed to multiple individuals and entities to advance decentralization and overall value.

• Creates a single, transparent record showing holders’ consent, eliminating the need for repeated votes for higher efficiency.
