Full-time operations lead?

This vote looks to ratify the decision to hire a full-time operations lead on a trial basis.

The role will run initially on a three month trial, with close collaboration with both Callum and Victor to help the candidate take over more of the operational overhead of MCV processes. Following this, we will work alongside the candidate to begin digging deeper at MCV's processes and operations, with the hope of building a more effective and streamlined DAO.

The compensation for this role will be $8k USDC per month, meaning that the total cost for this 3mth trial period will be $24k USDC.

Once this period is complete, a retrospective will be carried out by the onboarding squad with the hope to assess the value provided to MCV in that time, and make a decision as to the future of the role and candidate.
