#25 MeebitsDAO Proposal: Continue Operations for Another 6 Months

Dear MeebitsDAO Members,

In alignment with our shared goals and mission at MeebitsDAO, we propose a snapshot vote to seek your input on whether we should continue our operations for another 6 months. This decision holds significance as it shapes the trajectory of our collective efforts and impact within the metaverse.

Key Objectives and Goals of MeebitsDAO:

1. Meebits Home Aligned with Yuga Labs:

   • Champion the Meebits IP.
   • Create opportunities for holders to grow their IP.

2. Foster Growth of the Open Metaverse:

   • Integrate Meebits across virtual and augmented reality experiences.

3. Support Developers:

   • Provide a platform and resources to support developers in advancing the utility and usability of Meebits.

4. Provide Funding:

   • Support projects and events worldwide, initiated by our community and sponsored strategic partnerships leveraged by MeebitsDAO.

5. Collaborate and Form Partnerships:

   • Collaborate with like-minded projects, in alignment with our values and in support of Meebits and our membership.

6. Community Growth:

   • Grow a worldwide community of Meebits holders and fans.
   • Serve as an entry point for individuals who may feel financially constrained but aspire to participate in the Meebits ecosystem.

7. Commercial Rights Support:

   • Support holders in understanding and benefiting from their commercial rights.

8. Engage with Yuga Labs:

   • Provide holder and community input to Yuga Labs, owners of the intellectual property of Meebits.

9. Treasury Stewardship:

   • Steward the DAO Treasury to sustain all the above initiatives.
   • This will continue the monthly expense of $5,000 for Tee (Teddy Onditee) to continue serving as the full-time MeebitsDAO General Manager.
