MIP-3: Airdrop Phase 2 Schedule

In keeping with our original token allocation, we plan to implement a series of airdrops totaling 16%, disbursed as 2% each quarter over the next 24 months. However, to enhance the MerlinSwap token releasing, we're introducing a revised approach for Phase 2 of our Airdrop Schedule,

Option A: Switch to a monthly airdrop of 0.667%

Option B: Continue with the current quarterly distribution schedule
