Move treasury to Polygon safe

Dear members of the Meta-Builders DAO,

As you all know, the Meta-Builders treasury funds are currently held on the Ethereum network. While Ethereum is a great platform, it is no secret that its high gas fees and slow transaction speeds can be a hindrance to efficient operations.

Therefore, we propose moving the Meta-Builders treasury funds to the Polygon network treasury. Polygon, formerly known as Matic Network, is a Layer 2 scaling solution that offers fast and cheap transactions, making it an ideal platform for the Meta-Builders community to operate on. The move will allow us to save on transaction costs and increase the speed of operations, while still enjoying the security and reliability of the Ethereum network.

After the successful transfer of funds to the Polygon network treasury, we can then explore different revenue-generating options. Two potential options are:

Staking: One way to generate revenue from the treasury would be to stake the funds in a Polygon-based staking pool. This would allow us to earn rewards in the form of Polygon tokens, which we can then use for further investment or distribute to the community.

Lending: Another potential revenue-generating option would be to lend the funds to borrowers on the Polygon network. This would allow us to earn interest on the loans, providing a steady stream of revenue for the community.

We believe that both of these options would be viable ways to generate revenue for the Meta-Builders community. However, we are open to exploring other ideas that the community may have.
