a final proposal for MetaFactory v1
The ~170,861.37 ROBOT in the treasury will be burned, and the remaining ~249,138.63 ROBOT will be eligible for composting and redemption of a MFv1Passport Soulbound NFT and a proportional amount of the 105.87318 ETH in the treasury, which will be deposited in the MFV1Composter contract if this proposal passes.
The redemption period is 1 year from redemptions begin, scheduled to launch on April 20, 2025. After 1 year has elapsed, the remaining ETH can be withdrawn by the MFv1 multisig, which will then bridge it to Base and deposit up to 6.9 ETH into the MetaFactory v2 castle. Any amount over 6.9 ETH will be redistributed to all MFv1 Passport holders, proportional to how much ROBOT they composted.
