Where should the reduced swap fee sit?

Following on from the previous proposal to ratify the decision to reduce the ROBOT/WETH swap fee, this vote looks to come to a decision on where the new fee should sit.

We have included the top three options from soft polling on the forum post which are:

• 1%
• 0.69%
• Dynamic via Gauntlet
