Approving monthly fee for weseeclearly as in-house designer

Winston (aka weseeclearly) has been incredibly impactful and helpful over the last month for getting many of our projects across the line and helping us build relationship with aIndustries and the wider fashion design ecosystem. Their incredible knowledge of all aspects of fashion design and understanding of web3 values and MF's vision bring a lot of value to the work we are doing.

In order to have Winston on the core team to help will other artists / projects design as well as help with our content / blog / writing and designer onboarding process, we want to pay them a monthly fee to cover expenses etc. That amount is 2500 euro's which will be paid out from the shop revenue. This is a minimal amount for the effort involved since the remaining compensation will come in the form of ROBOT earned through designer rewards.
