Should we sponsor the DAOist?

Proposal to sponsor a big DAO event happening after ETHCC in Paris end of this month. 250 of the top DAO people in one place, would be a good place to spread our culture and solidify our position as a primo DAO.

The DAOist is going to be an ongoing thing, so this is basically a tribute to the DAO that will be running the DAOist. This means we will have stake / governance rights in The DAOist.

Proposal rushed since the event is < 2 weeks.
