MGH DAO x Social Mining Marketing Proposal - February 2022

Dear MGH community,

for the month of February the branding and marketing advisors of the MGH DAO in partnership with the Social Mining agency team have conducted a set of goals and campaign structures, as well as working groups with specific directions in order to raise more awareness and intensify the engagement towards the MGH DAO, while also facilitating its community’s growth.

In January 2022, the MGH DAO x Social Mining marketing package developed 62 posts on Twitter, 62 posts on LinkedIn and 23 posts on Instagram with a total reach of 230k impressions resulting from 147 posts, two newsletter campaigns and various social media engagement sessions. On top of that the team has also designed the first Sandbox land report.

The MGH DAO x Social Mining marketing package for February 2022 includes the following services:

Design concept Promotional material Developing paid media and ambassador programs Community management / social media engagement Marketing strategy consultation SEA campaign set-up and tracking implementation

Including the following deliverables:

8 strategy meetings - to brainstorm and review content, as well as future strategy implementations

2 newsletter campaigns - mail campaigns designed according to the MGH DAO branding identity and buyer persona identification with the ultimate goal of community building and scalability in lead generation

2 hours of keyword research and optimization - optimization of campaigns and ad-sets based on ad-performance and strategy implementation, research on new strategies for gamification and MGH DAO utilities towards the target audience

SEA Campaign set-up and tracking implementation to prepare testing-phase and campaign start

Sandbox land report - a detailed monthly report displaying undervalued land plots in the Sandbox

6 hours of social media engagement - interacting on social media platforms for community building and buyer persona identification purposes

≈ 40 posts in a posting plan including captions and hashtags - the Social Mining x MGH growth strategy implemented in social media content marketing with regular postings on LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter to communicate the project’s values and scope, as well as communicate towards the target audience

For the MGH DAO x Social Mining marketing package in February 2022, we suggest allocating $4,500 to ensure the costs of creative direction, controlling, production and social media engagement are all covered.

We believe this package and its deliverables will further foster the growth of the MGH DAO and intensify the project’s development rapidly.
