Project Status

DCL-Edit

We are in contact with Decentraland Marketing and about to start a coordinated contest around DCL-Edit where current and potential developers are invited to create the best possible Decentraland experience within a time frame of 2-3 weeks. This will boost visibility of DCL-Edit and thus MGH and be a great benefit for Decentraland themselvers.

DCL-Edit is running stable and is ready for download (see https://dcl-edit.com). Meanwhile, we're further tweaking the editor and refactoring its code base in order to prepare it for coming big features.

Sandbox - Snoop Dogg Land

We're finished with the Eastside Hiphop museum and with the party location. Also, we've redesigned the West Coast Mansion. Looking awesome, we'll deliver screenshots and videos on that shorty. This month, we will start prototyping the West Coast Mansion and the second highrise.

Somnium Space

Building a prototype game in our World there currently. The goal is a simple multiplayer game where user can compete against each other with a leaderboard that is displayed on the MGH parcel building. This requires some deeper dive into Somnium coding and finding a good solution to exchange data between the world and the parcel.

Decentraland

Working on the MGH Hub again! Boths floors are done in a first version and decorated, and we're now working on the info screens there. User should get info on MGH and a quest to fulfill.

Partner Projects

We have partnered with personelle from Polygon for a 3D DeFi application and started implementing a Unity prototype application. Also we built some more Sandbox prototypes for potential partners that operations contacted during their extended Dubai stay in March. Hot stuff emerging here!

Compensation

We have a total of 11 developers, modellers and world builders in our team as of April. The compensation for the whole month accumulates to $15.125 USD paid out as $MGH that we kindly ask for.
