Budget for a parcel in Voxels (formely Cryptovoxels)

Dear MGH Community,

The MGH DAO is fully committed to establishing a presence in every major metaverse and following its vision of becoming the first metaverse-agnostic aggregator. We believe that Voxels (formerly Cryptovoxels) is currently one of the established Metaverses in the market. Although it doesn't look as modern and playful as its competitors Decentraland or Sandbox, Voxels makes it very convenient for anyone to populate their plot. It reminds very much to a Minecraft-like building style. Also accessing Voxels is very user-friendly and does not require any form of creating an account (besides connecting your wallet).

The main purpose of the LAND to be acquired is to increase brand awareness. We will provide Voxel users with an immersive Metaverse experience by making MGH's app accessible on this plot. In addition, the property will be used for MGH Townhall meetings and will serve as a community hub where everyone can meet, talk, and explore MGH's ecosystem.

This already indicates that the property should be located in a well-populated, active area and should come with multiple floors and in the best case a basement. To this end, we propose a budget of 1.5 ETH to acquire a property in Voxels that meets these requirements.
