Part 1: MGH entering the Everdome metaverse project ecosystem

Dear Community,

1. Hello! I am Jun, just as a MGH DAO member, I would like to make a proposal of joining the Everdome metaverse project as a long term oppertunity. I will briefly explain the project, and discuss the deliverables to participate on the project. I would like to clarify that I am not marketing this project, just as a DAO member suggesting a great metaverse project to make MGH grow further in the future.

2. What is Everdome project. : A metaverse virtually placed on Mars, building with Unreal Engine 5 and 3D scanner which connects virtual world to the real world.

[Basic Structure] a. Sony Group Corp. <-> WDW company : Import Sony cameras to build assemble/disassemble 3D scanners, establish scanning centers worldwide, and expanding data center in Switzerland. WDW is creating a digital database of 3D scanned avatars and objects provide a gateway to virtual world(metaverse Everdome project is making). https://app.wdw.io/ b. Those scanning process would be done via Metahero team of crypto, fees will be paid in their own goverance token. c. Everdome project, along with Metahero team, will create a virtual world which would be hyper realistic, that I cannot find any in crypto project yet. The concept is to freely go from real world(Earth) to virtual world(Mars), so new metaverse place would be placed on Mars. Along with 3D scanners, they're using Unreal Engine5 to implement the virtual world place, and soon, there would be 1st landsale event. [Reason for MGH to take part in Everdome] Yes, crypto world has hype so we might not know the right time to invest in, and it is a new project that actual implementation is yet to come. However, Everdome team is coorporating with the real enteprenuers, and team menbers are seasoned veterans such as experience from Unreal Engine, VR solutions, Nexflix of Witcher TV series, and CD projects. When Sandbox made their landsale at the beginning and tried to build something, not many people are there to focus on what they do, and now they are leading metaverse crypto project, keep building whether crypto metaverse market has crashed or not. What I see now is that there are people who want to be in their own metaverse with pixels and blocks, but there would be others, waiting to be hyper realistic space which is yet to come. Now Everdome team is leading crypto project to do so, and I hope MGH DAO to be part of the journey as a early adoptor. I am merely a investor of MGH DAO and Everdome also, yet as a DAO member, when I think of MGH to join them, I see more possibilities in the future. I know MGH DAO is not a short term project and we're to look for the long term, and this would make a perfect decision to consider Everdome as our metaverse section also.

3. Deliverables Specific plans of entering the Everdome project would be planned after DAO agrees to join the Everdome project. As of now, currently there are 2 ways to invest in the project to participate and build on the future ecosystem. Deliverables will be explained on the Part.3 section of Proposal Details.

4. Proposal Category Outreach / Community / Awareness Improve the organization of MGH DAO

5. Funding requested Amount of fundings we need to enter the project and build in it is yet to be determined. It depends on DAO's starategy to achieve gen0 NFT and landsale proposal by partnership with Everdome team.

Part2. Team If the DAO members agree to enter Everdome project, we need to make a team to deliver the proposal, before discussing about the fundings. I would like to participate on the process, delivering the acquirements and make bridges between Everdome and MGH only if DAO community allows me to do so. I am currently in the Korean Community Member of Everdome project and following the recent update news, as well as one of MGH DAO member. (However, I am not a developer nor Everdome team member) I believe one of the following options below would be nice to deliver the process, and I would happy to help doing so if the team let me. a) one of the Working Groups in MGH would deliver the process. b) Form up a new Group from MGH member who want to participate on the action to deliver the process.

Part3. Proposal Details.

I believe 2nd option(b) would suit for DAO to make a process.

a) Acquiring a genesis NFT Everdome team is making a snapshot of staking the DOME tokens till 20th, April, which has a leaderboard of staking score. There would be a genesis 0 NFTs(3 tier levels) based on the staking score. To get the tier3 NFTs to be in the ecosystem, DAO would make a funding of at least ＄3000 to buy approx. ~70000 DOME tokens and lock-up stake for 1 year. (Tier 2 NFTs would be ＄25000 to buy approx. ~700000 DOME tokens) Values of gen0 tokens are down in the link below. I belive acquiring the gen0 NFT is a great value in the future for the DAO, yet availability to this specific fundings and the requirement would be discussed first, and since the time is short, it is quite unlikely to achieve the goal in my opinion.(Standard voting period is 7 days, snapshot for gen0 NFT is less than 7 days) If the core team has other idea, we could act swiftly.

b) Landsale participate as a brands(DAO group), not as individuals. Participating in the landsale is yet to be announced by the team, but as a DAO, we could offer the team to participate in the future process. I believe this option is the part MGH DAO could propose to the Everdome team, to make a long term partnership. I recommend the members to follow the links down below and see what district is roughly planned.

Finally, amount of fundings we need to enter the project and build in it is yet to be determined. Everdome is a newly project and takes years to build, yet it is likely a big oppertunity for us to make a partnership in the long term.
