MGH Korea Hackathon Competition

Executive summary: MGH Korea has the vision to make the first move on contributing to building a decentral state in MGH-owned LANDs. For this, the vision is to build various estates within the Korea hub/state.

We are in the midst of fixing the development plan but for this, we need an IT development team who could do the actual development.

Part 1: Proposal The goal is to reach the most skilled LAND #buidlers in South Korea (Seoul). Building on top of LAND is fairly new. Talents are scarce and hard to find. However, learning this new skill is quite feasible if IT knowledge is good enough. In order to build a team of high-performing IT developers, we want to plan a competitive Hackathon in order to find talents while offering future career options in the field of crypto and metaverse building.

The purpose is simple. MGH Korea will organize an online (or offline) hackathon focused on land development in the metaverse. The winning team gets prize money and a paid internship position at MGH Korea. Later, the Korea Tech team could collaborate with the EU Tech team.

Part 3 - Proposal details What Problem(s) will be solved? LAND #buidlers are scarce. A Hackathon would be the perfect opportunity to 1- engage with the Korea community with the MGH brand, 2- inspire tech talents to become metaverse #buidlers, and 3- for MGH to inspire tech talents to join our team.
