Dear MGH community,
The branding and marketing advisors along with the new Branding Team Lead, met and planned out goals, campaign concepts, and new projects. Ideas generated included specific tasks that will increase awareness around MGH’s core mission and value propositions. Tasks that fall under the branding umbrella will be executed by branding team lead and admin, the social mining agency team, along with the awareness (gorilla marketing) team. The objective of these tasks are to increase MGH membership, and community engagement.
The Working Group will increase brand awareness and excitement through four key areas: o Creative Direction o Networking o Social Media o Awareness (Gorilla Marketing)
The Branding Working Group also recently added a Team Lead (Dec 2021)

COMPLETED ACTIVITIES In December 2021, the MGH DAO x Branding Team Lead developed core messaging around valuation, curation, purchase, and development of digital land in the metaverse.
o several new messages around value proposition o additional taglines to drive community engagement and growth o simplified mission statement and ecosystem deliverables, for increased word of mouth marketing
Collaboration and Strategic Direction on new branding initiatives Branding Initiatives: A. Create social media marketing around land valuation tool by producing and publicly sharing various reports – will be done by Social Mining Team B. Develop a map of Sandbox lands and create marketing awareness via social media, around the Sandbox map - will be done by Social Mining Team C. Develop marketing content around the Sandbox Land Detector Twitter Page – will be done by Social Mining and Awareness Team D. Highlighting various MGH Initiators and Founders through interviews – content will be released in February – Team Lead and Social Mining Agency will help execute
Created four marketing campaigns around MGH’s land valuation tool and MGH services around land purchase and development, were identified for execution over several months: #1 - Valuation Analysis - JAN 2022 #2 - Scouting #3 - What to Build on Next #4 - Time to Buy

JANUARY 2022 ACTIVITIES The MGH DAO x Branding Team Activities Deliverables by Team Lead:
• Organize and manage 4-6 strategy meetings
• Work closely with social mining and awareness teams regarding launch of Campaign #1
• Identify a PR firm / PR strategy for MGH
• Assist in developing Ambassador program and rewards system to launch in Feb (Ambassadors will be micro-influencers within their industries)
• Management:
-Strategic direction for marketing teams
-Meeting coordination and information distribution
-Creative direction for teams handling visual storytelling and touchpoints, such as: website, social media campaigns, and ambassador program
• Networking: Attend BTC Miami (Jan) and book attendance for ETHDenver (Feb) - 2 events: Travel Costs = room, board, flights, transportation
• Recruitment and management of Team Admin

o Gather all incoming content (blogs, posts, messaging) into one master bucket / file for all marketing teams to easily access
o Create Starter Pack / Kit for MGH Ambassadors to share with
their communities
o Create Starter Pack for Onboarding new MGH Team Members

For the MGH DAO x Branding Team Lead in January 2022, we suggest allocating $10,350 - Allocated as follows: Team Lead: $5K, Travel costs for networking: $4350, Admin: $1K). Requested budget will ensure the costs of creative direction, admin, strategy, networking, and management are all covered.
Due to liquidity and for payout reasons, we recommend to split the payment in 85% USDC and 15% MGH tokens.
We believe this proposal and deliverables will increase the growth rate and awareness of the MGH DAO and add to the successful execution of our team goals.
