Part 1: Proposal Submission
Description of the proposal: Launch of a one year internship program with ITRMachines (MGH’s DAO core contributor)
Description of the proposal and what problem it is solving: The MGH DAO is currently in a scaling stage in terms of web3 and AI development. The tech team has been rolling out multiple projects such as the development of new valuation models for multiple metaverses, as well as a series of MetaFi and data tools that will be key for the sustainability of the project. The one year part time paid internship programme will provide undergraduate students with international experience and technical knowledge to develop blockchain projects and help foster the adoption of web 3. The interns will go through three cycles where they will learn the basics for the development of blockchain projects, mainly the implementation of business class APIs in NodeJS and introduction to building, testing, deploying and updating smart contracts. The funding amount will cover all the expenses for three interns during a period of 4 months. Below are some of the initial projects that the interns will be working on:
Project 1: Improve APIs adding API Keys and User Management MGH provides valuations through its APIs that can be accessed freely by everyone. Nonetheless, a very open access makes the APIs vulnerable to attacks and doesn’t allow monitoring or restricting their usage. Thus, we propose to develop a user management module for APIs that can use Api Keys and other tools to improve our APIs.
Objective: Identify users and how often they consume the data Develop accessibility permissions for users Increase the API security for MGH services
Deliverables: User management module
Project 2: Improve the Sandbox Algorithm
Currently, the MGH valuation algorithm evaluates single lands in Sandbox. However, there are also states in Sandbox (lands composed of multiple single lands) owned by big organizations that affect the prices around them. For this reason, it is necessary to include states in the valuation algorithm to improve the price estimation, and to include a price valuation for each state in Sandbox.
Objective: Identify Estates through APIs Valuation of Estates Inclusion of Estates in current valuation model
Deliverables: Concept of valuation model Dataset with Estates and its properties Integration to MGH dApp
Project 3: Improve Decentraland valuation algorithm
Currently, the MGH valuation algorithm evaluates single lands in Decentraland. However, there are also states in Decentraland (lands composed of multiple single lands) owned by big organizations that affect the prices around them. For this reason, it is necessary to include states in the valuation algorithm to improve the price estimation, and to include a price valuation for each state in Decentraland.
Objective: Identify Estates through APIs Valuation of Estates Inclusion of Estates in valuation of 1x1 Concept of valuation model Dataset with Estates and its properties Integration to MGH dApp

Part 3: Proposal details
What Problem(s) will be solved? Adding new interns to the tech working group will help us clear some bottlenecks in terms of development and will further scale the MGH DAO tech stack. More importantly, by being able to share our Know How about blockchain and AI development, we will contribute towards the common goal of fostering the adoption of web3 while promoting the metaverse and its benefits.
Where will it be accessible? All the deployments will be accessible on MGH's DAO GitHub: https://github.com/metagamehub
