Add Frontend Developer to Core Contributors

SUMMARY

This proposal is aimed at adding a very talented frontend developer to our core development team.

BACKGROUND

The MGH DAO is currently in a scaling phase to further develop multiple projects such as the valuation interface V2, the UI/UX for the NFT pools and additional products down the roadmap. We found a very talented developer from Argentina called Mauro that will help us fullfilling our vision of creating tools to navigate the open metaverse.

SPECIFICATION

Mauro will be working fulltime on diverse tasks ranging from improving our website, continuing the development of the valuation interface V2 and the development of the UI/UX as well as the web 3 hooks for our upcoming DeFi products. Mauro also has experience in the development of smart contracts so he will be able to support us on that end as well.

I propose that he receives a monthly reward of 2000 USD in MGH tokens for his contributions, with no vesting.
