1.1. Proposal This proposal aims to define the further development of MGH Korea.

1.2. The MGH Korea Mission MGH Korea took on the challenge to contribute to actively shaping MGH-owned Metaverse lands by onboarding brands and NFT communities.

1.3. Deliverables

1.3.1. Formation of legal entity in Korea This is necessary to be legally able to sign agreements and contracts A grant on this was already approved 1.3.2. Fundraise for “MGH Korea” Raise USD 500k - 1m -> to be used by MGH Global or exclusively by MGH Korea Details on the cap table can be shared to selected people, however, should stay confidential 1.3.3. Organize (and/or) participate in 1-2 public events per quarter 1.3.4. Onboarding of 2-5 clients on the MGH-owned lands (per quarter) 1.3.5. Revenue projection for MGH Korea should be > USD 50,000 for the first operational quarter

1.4. Proposal Category MGH Korea will build on top of MGH land, and also onboard clients/NFT brands. This will lead to market awareness. At this point in time it is too early to estimate traffic inflow but in case we sign a local brand with a reach of 100,000, at an estimated conversion rate of 0,5%, the potential is 500 paying land visitors.

1.5. Funding Request

As discussed in earlier proposals, total monthly running costs for MGH Korea will range around USD 6,500 - 11,000. The funds can be seen as an investment. Once we are live with our product offering, our revenue will fund further operations and we would not require further funding by MGH Global.

Cost breakdown: 1- fixed HR incentive: USD 6,500 2- variable sales incentive (for fundraise): USD 3,000-5,000

Core KPI: raise USD 500k - 1m Additional KPI: onboard at least 5 brands Marketing KPI: onboard at least 200 (paying) visitors on our virtual village (to be built)

2.1. Team Most team members are in stealth mode. This works, because we do not need to go public with them (yet). The core team is thinking of switching to MGH Korea on a full-time basis once we gain momentum.

Therefore only the lead position is disclosed.

3.1. Project Details

By establishing an entity in Korea and further building on top of Metaverse lands, MGH Global will gain public awareness and ultimately become one of the earliest Metaverse players in the scene. And by becoming the “Metaverse” building (like MGH Korea wants to become), we will gain insights and trends on Metaverse development projects while leveraging our land ownerships. Our team has fulfilled most deadlines so far and we are running below our asked budget (overperforming). Which should be seen as a good performance. We will increase speed once we get our first partnerships sealed and once fundraising starts. The start date of the fundraising campaign will be April 4, 2022.
