Ops team activities in May

This proposal outlines the activities to be carried out by the Operations Department for the month of May 2023 to enhance the efficiency of processes. The activities include the standardization of some processes, integration of Docusign and Hubspot, integration of Slack and Hubspot, finalizing the Stripe process for marketplace integration, migrating the website and social media domains to a new domain and user names, and initiating the trademark registration process.

This proposal outlines the activities to be carried out by the Operations Department for the month of May 2023 to enhance the efficiency of processes.

Activities: Standardization of Processes - The operations department will work on standardizing the Business Development processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. This includes creating process maps, updating standard operating procedures, and identifying areas for improvement.

Integration of Docusign and Hubspot - The operations department will integrate Docusign and Hubspot to streamline the contract management process. This will allow for the creation, management, and tracking of contracts in one platform.

Integration of Slack and Hubspot - The operations department will integrate Slack and Hubspot to improve communication and collaboration between teams. This will allow for the sharing of information, files, and updates on one platform.

Finalizing the Stripe Process for Marketplace Integration - The operations department will finalize the Stripe process for integrating the marketplace with Stripe. This will enable the organization to accept online payments and manage payouts seamlessly.

Migrating the Website and Social Media Domains - The operations department will migrate the website and social media domains to a new domain. This will ensure brand consistency and improve search engine optimization (SEO).

Initiating the Trademark Registration Process - The operations department will initiate the trademark registration process to protect THE HUB DAO brand. This requires the support of any of our legal advisors and includes conducting, preparing, and filing a trademark application, paying the fees, and monitoring the application process. This process will start once we have defined the definitive logo.
