MGH x Community Management Proposal

Dear MGH Community and Core Team!

Summary: Community Management is a cornerstone of a successful crypto project. This proposal proposes an $MGH allocation for Community Management and achievement of the deliverables listed in this proposal.

About me: Buying 2014 protein powder with BTC I'm a long-timer in crypto (with year-long breaks though). 2017 and 2020 were the next crypto cycles I participated in.

I have extensive knowledge about crypto in general and working experience in community management in projects like Rari Capital or LiFinance. Also, I was involved in several projects to increase marketing and awareness reach. My main values are Empathy and Trust - especially this is important in Community management.

Past work: I currently built up a strong team of community managers and mods to ensure timely answers to questions + support. I successfully recruited very active team members for MGH and continue to do so. I also successfully built and restructured the Discord and implemented ongoingly new features and bot settings to ensure safety. Also, community management in several social media channels is now streamlined and restructured.

Deliverables: -) Fast reaction time (<24h) and support in Social media channels -) Creation, structuring and maintenance of Discord -) Lead of Community Management in channels like Twitter, Insta, Reddit, Linkedin and others -) Create special initiatives to create outreach connected to Community Management -) Leading community managers and moderators -) Hiring and onboarding of new stuff for community management or discord tech -) Create new ways to engage communities to bring in new people to MGH -) Built-up Discord to the main communication hub in MGH -) Advisory of Core MGH team by community management and awareness principles -) Spread core value: Community-First in MGH team and community
