Token Reward Structure for Core Team Members

Dear THE HUB DAO members,

We propose the following Token Reward Structure for Core Team Members to ensure a fair and proportional allocation of tokens for core team members based on their duration and level of engagement within the DAO.

The objective is to promote long-term engagement and provide an equitable distribution of token rewards. Regular reviews and the initiation of DAO proposals will enable ongoing improvements to the token reward structure, ensuring its alignment with the evolving needs and goals of the DAO and its contributors. This document will be accessible to all contributors via Notion, fostering transparency and understanding of the token reward system within our DAO.
