Sell Utility Tokens to Ensure Sustainability of Metagamehub DAO

Dear Metagamehub DAO members,

We propose that the DAO sells all utility tokens which are not stable coins, and convert the proceeds into stable coins. The NFTs and LANDs acquired by the DAO will not be sold, as they are core assets for the organization.

Our primary argument for this proposal is to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Metagamehub DAO, and to allow us to build the engine of the open metaverse. By selling these utility tokens and converting them into stable coins, we can ensure that the DAO has a stable source of funding that can be used to support ongoing operations, as well as to fund future projects and initiatives.

We believe that this move will also help to reduce volatility and minimize risk, as stable coins are less likely to experience sudden price fluctuations compared to utility tokens. This can help to provide greater stability and predictability for the DAO's financial position, which is crucial for long-term planning and success.

Therefore, we propose that the assets be converted into stable coins and deposited into the treasury at 0x2a9Da28bCbF97A8C008Fd211f5127b860613922D. We recommend that the sale be conducted in a timely and responsible manner, in order to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
