MGH CMO Appointment

Dear MGH Community, and greetings from Middle Earth or New Zealand to those that know.

My name is Iszac Kereone. I've been brought on board by the CEO of MGH to support the MGH team to create structure operationally. My main task is to bring all WG's together from a marketing capacity to better support, foster, and grow the MGH community.

This snapshot looks to ask for $10,000 MGH over the first month as I deploy & Manager the following: (though not limited to)

o 6-8x Weekly meetings between multiple WG's & C suite members of MGH DAO o A full marketing strategy bringing all of the WG's of MGH necessary together to work as a "team." o The integration & adoption of a full tech stack to better support transparency & accountability of work for all WG's o The coalescence of a synchronized marketing calendar between all WG's to better educate, support, and promote MGH o Unify and synergize the awareness, Latam, Japan, Korean, Technical, Tokenomincs, Advisory Council, & Operations

MGH DAO has an incredibly talented team. My primary mission is to create a more effective team that will start paddling in the exact directions, not against each other.

The main objectives of the Marketing strategy are you:

1. Growth
2. Education
3. Enhance

Come March, we will have a complete Marketing Strategy to tease & discuss with the community through likely an AMA (Twitter spaces/Discord)./

MGH's technology & community hold the power to traverse the complexity involved with entering the metaverse. We are creating an enjoyable, metaverse agnostic, community-centric journey. My goal is to allow our team to better work to achieve this.
