The MGH DAO is seriously committed to foster the development of the metaverse. Therefore, we are constantly looking for new opportunities in different virtual worlds to find lands that will be suitable for our community members to unleash their imagination and to participate in the creation of a new paradigm.

MOTIVATION

The Sandbox ecosystem is growing at a very fast rate. This can be confirmed by the growing sales volume in the last 12 months, together with the interesting partnerships that it has been securing with different musicians, chefs, franchises and game developers. The latest partnership is with Snoop Dogg and MGH does not want to miss the opportunity. Snoop Dogg is building a mansion to have some of the best parties and concerts in the metaverse. Therefore, this proposal aims to acquire some premium in that neighborhood. Given Snoops popularity, it is very probable that the lands adjacent to his mansion will have a high traffic of players, giving MGH the chance to promote its brand and make its community grow. Moreover, by acquiring as premium land, the MGH DAO will get a private party pass that will grant access to premium NFTs and a chance to have Snoop Dogg perform an exclusive concert on one of the DAO’s lands. This will increase the awareness about MGH and help the DAO get some additional traction.

This proposal aims to acquire a premium land next to Snoop’s mansion worth 4683 SAND (Approximately 3805 USD) . The land offering will take place on November 4th.

Purchasing land next to Snoop Dogg’s mansion will be a bold move by the MGH DAO to further position itself in the Sandbox metaverse and increase awareness of its product. Taking into consideration the relative cheap price of the primary offering, it is an opportunity that should not be missed.
