Acquiring 1x1 LAND in Decentraland

Hi everyone,

since the previous proposal of acquiring LANDs in Decentraland resulted in acquiring a 3x3 with a total budget of $150,000, we know aim to acquire some 1x1's first since there is no 3x3 anymore for $150,000.

I propose to buy one of the below-linked LANDs. I like the fact that they are all relatively close to a Plaza and some of them are also close to a street. The price for these LANDs looks fair compared to the surrounding LANDs.
