Otherside Land Acquisition?

We are looking to expand our ownership of more Metaverse land. Yuga Labs (founder of Bored Ape Yacht Club) has announced they will be minting Saturday April 30th for land sales of there upcoming Metaverse called “Otherside”

We feel there is a lot of benefit to purchasing land here both from a utility perspective and as an investment opportunity. By owning land in Otherside, we could position ourselves to create a new HQ for the Metatravelers. They have stated they have intention for integrating avatars across NFT projects however we have yet to learn about the SDK and what the implementation process looks like but we do know that we would like to see Nibiru in this upcoming Metaverse project.

There are still some unknowns around what the mint price will be and what minting will look like. "For their second collection: Mutant Ape Yacht Club, they held a dutch auction. The Dutch auction is a bidding technique that considers all bids for a given asset before arriving at a ceiling price, which gradually drops at specific time intervals."

While there are still a lot of questions around what type of distribution they will use for this sale, some may not be answered until the day of launch where we would be unable to create a DAO proposal in time to take action. This will be a highly anticipated release so minting is not guaranteed but we would like to position ourselves to be ready to capitalize on the opportunity if it presents itself.

We would like to propose using anywhere from 3%-15% of the community treasury to purchase land at Otherside.
