Use Notion to organize DAO resources

Summary - Choose Notion as a resource and information hub for the DAO —

Proposal -

Notion is a collaboration platform that assists people to organize information, share knowledge and synchronize around tasks or topics.

Discord is not an effective tool for this as information and channels become increasingly difficult to navigate.

I propose that we set up notion to use at least in the early stages of the DAO so we all have a home base for information. It can be used in a variety of ways but I think there are loads of benefits to having a go-to for DAO resources and info.

We can change later down the line through another proposal, but I think the benefits of getting at least some sort of space where info is viewed with ease, outweighs the potential negatives of moving that info if/when needed.

Benefits -

Anyone can view notion just as a normal webpage. A lot can be done with no-code which increases the accessibility for people to contribute. There are many integrations already available as plug-ins with the capacity for us to include our own if needed

Potential issues -

We may realize this is not for us down the line, and transferring info could be a challenge.

What will it take to implement this proposal if successful?

Cost - a small monthly fee of $4 - $8 per month. Time to build out the pages. Contributor rewards if applicable down the line.

Steps - Build on samples & discuss what we want displayed & who is going to contribute to making it happen. Then make it happen.
