Proposal for a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO)

Introduction: This proposal aims to establish a DAO that allows its members to vote on the distribution of funds among various categories, such as NFT holders, entertainment, education, lawyers, marketing, art, administration and miscellaneous. The members will have the option to vote for three different distribution percentages: 10%/90%, 20%/80%, and 15%/85%.

Objective: The primary objective of this DAO is to provide a transparent and democratic platform for the members to decide how the funds should be allocated among different categories. The members will have the power to determine the direction of the organization's funds according to their preferences. Keep in mind when voting that without allocating funds to these other categories the DAO could cease to exist. Growth is needed to fund the DAO which is currently done mainly through AD Shares. All members are encouraged to push further sales of the NFT and let others know the benefits included in owning a Metatrekker NFT. Larger attendance at events means more AD revenue. Other ways to raise funds can be voted on through another proposal.

Structure: The DAO will be built on the Etherium blockchain platform that allows for secure and transparent voting. The members will be able to vote for the distribution percentages using their NFTs on a 1 NFT = 1 vote scale. The votes will be recorded on the blockchain, and the results will be made public. Implementation: The categories for the fund distributions can be modified by another proposal and are currently lumped together. The percentages you are voting for are the amounts to be paid out to NFT holders as was stated in the original white paper as a benefit. Example 10% Holders 90% Other, 15% Holders 85% Other, 20% Holders 80% Other. Members will be able to propose what percentages go to the other categories, other than NFT Holders, on a separate proposal and a vote will be held to decide on the final list. Once the categories are established, the members will vote for the distribution percentages. The results of the vote will be used to allocate the funds according to the chosen percentages.
