Should the scene located at (30,72) be added as a Point of Interest (POI)?

The BeatTrekkers’ DJ Battle Series is kicking off next month thanks to the overwhelming support we got from the community in our most recent proposal. We will be onboarding different DJs and people and want them to be able to find our venue in the Decentraland. An amazing member of the community donated 53 parcels of land to use for the BeatTrekkers Series for 1 year (365 days).

Does the MetaTrekkers Community approve of us developing in the scene (30,72) and applying for a POI?, or Does the MetaTrekkers community prefer us to do any BeatTrekkers development in Worlds? This means that we would not accept nor utilize the 53 parcels/scene at (30,72)

MetaTrekkers has eventual plans to expand to Worlds but needs time to further research to understand the dynamics and requirements behind the Worlds as this is a newer feature in Decentraland (DCL).

MetaTrekkers did not purchase the 53 parcels of land.

Metatrekkers does not have plans on purchasing any parcels of land for MetaTrekkers or BeatTrekkers.

The land that we are hoping to borrow is specifically for the development of MetaTrekkers’ BeatTrekkers Series. The POI would only be in effect for the 1 year (365 days) we plan to use the scene. After this timeframe, the POI will be removed and there will be no further development for MetaTrekkers or BeatTrekkers.
