Partial MVX-USDC liquidity migration to KyberSwap

Dear Metavault.Trade community,

As we move forward with our integration efforts and partnerships, we would like to hold a voting on an important topic.

Topic of the vote:

The migration of the 25% Uniswap v3 liquidity from our MVX-USDC pair to Kyberswap elastic.

This would not affect the total liquidity of our token, but only that 75% would be with Uniswap v3 and 25% with Kyberswap Elastic.

As we believe in the development and support of KyberNetwork and see potential together that would be a benefit for both parties (ecosystem exposure, community exchange, integrations, partnership).

We saw it as necessary to decide this step with a voting.
