MIP001 - Implement (4,4) Bonding

Why (4,4): (4,4) Bonding saves time, the effort for all investors through automating the process of claiming and staking bonding rewards and saves money through not requiring that a gas fee be paid each time you claim -> stake your rewards, ultimately resulting in more money flowing into the treasury.

How (4,4): (4,4) will be available as a bonding option, along with UI/UX improvements and ease-of-use features such as zapping to (4,4)

What is (4,4) bonding: (4,4) Bonding is a means to make investors’ lives easier by auto-claiming and auto-staking bond rewards, in contrast to current (1,1) bonds where an investor has to manually claim and stake their rewards. This also improves bonding as an option for small investors, resulting in more funds flowing into the treasury via bonds.

Vote The options will be:

1. Vote for (4,4)-protocol controlled bonds
2. Vote against (4,4)-protocol controlled bonds
