Initial Liquidity Mining Pools

The following is the proposed initial list of liquidity mining pools. As mentioned in the previous proposal, the initial emission is 133,333 $VOLT per day and we will allocate 70% of them immediately to the launch pools (however due to the staking design, only up to 10% of them can be really withdrawn from the farming pool on the first day). 3 pairs will have delayed launch as we are still working on the integrations. Their allocation can potentially be moved to other pairs to beef up the existing list.
