Methera is a cross-chain Liquid Staking Derivative (LSD) protocol specifically designed for METIS.
Our goal is to enhance the utility of the METIS token by providing holders the opportunity and ability to use a liquid variant (yMETIS) of their METIS tokens across other blockchains without having to sacrifice their staking positions natively on Metis Andromeda. yMETIS is a solution that allows METIS holders enjoy earning staking rewards on the Metis Andromeda Network while still participating in defi activities across other Networks and protocols.

Our team, consisting of two founders, Victor and Seth is bringing a wealth of knowledge and hands-on-experience having collaborated with numerous teams to enhance blockchain adoption and growth. Our combined technical and strategic expertise drives our mission - to make staking liquid and much more accessible on Metis Andromeda, ensuring that users across multiple chains benefit from a seamless, efficient DeFi experience.

Founders Bio:

Victor, the visionary behind the Methera LSD protocol, is a seasoned blockchain developer with over six years of experience in the crypto industry. His journey began in 2017, working on various layer-1 and layer-2 projects where he developed his skills in smart contracts development and protocol architecture. Victor has a proven track record of delivering innovative DeFi solutions that drive growth and adoption. With a deep passion for decentralization, he has led and contributed to numerous successful projects, combining technical expertise with strategic vision to create impactful, scalable blockchain products.

Seth started his career in traditional finance before transitioning to blockchain in 2018, where he combined his expertise in financial systems with a passion for decentralized finance (DeFi). He has worked as a strategist and project manager for several prominent crypto projects, helping them scale through effective partnerships, community building, and governance initiatives. Seth’s deep understanding of market trends and tokenomics has been crucial in designing sustainable, growth-oriented protocols.
