Hi Metisians!

We are pleased to announce our first ever Governance Snapshot, as part of a temperature check for our new Community Ecosystem Governance (CEG) Program.

Staying true to our decentralization roadmap (https://metisdao.medium.com/decentralization-roadmap-of-metis-layer-2-infrastructure-3716a17648c7), we are beginning this process with decentralization of our ecosystem vetting process.

Handing the keys to our community. Projects will very shortly be able to apply for community verification and each community member will have the opportunity to vote and verify the projects they feel are best for the ecosystem.

We've always wanted to empower our community to directly participate and contribute to the ecosystem in a more tangible and direct way, and now the floodgates are opening.
