For anyone who's been following the development of #dev-metric - @SHA_2048 has been working on the project for some time now almost for free. He's been tipped with a total of 600 bCRED but this is not a good compensation for the work he's done on the product. We believe we should reward good developers and create incentives to retain them as well as attract more talent by showing that we do.
We propose to use allocate 10,000 METRIC from the METRIC treasury to @SHA_2048 with 1-year revokable vesting and keep the vesting active for as long as he continues to work on the project.
