Best Time for Quest Debriefs?

The team wants to make sure that as many people as possible can attend x0r quest debriefs (as well as build sessions). We want to see on a general weekday (let's say a Wednesday), who would be free at certain times.

All times are in PST (UTC - 8). The first time is 10:00 PM in UTC, and the last time is 2:00 AM in UTC. This site can help with time conversions: https://www.worldtimeserver.com/time-zones/pst-to-utc/

We know that there are a large number of army members in Europe, but unfortunately, x0r lives on the west coast of the US and needs the workshops to happen after working hours. Every session will be recorded to help address this.
