Rebels Whitelist Opt-In

If you want to be eligible for the Rebels whitelist spots (https://rebels.art/), vote yes on this proposal. We will then scrape the wallets that interacted with this proposal to source the pool for the second section of the whitelist spots - MEV Army Holders.

As a reminder, here is how the whitelist spots are allocated:

1. MEV Army Top Holders: 30 Spots - The top 30 holders of MEV Army NFTs will automatically receive a whitelist spot. You can explore the current membership table at the bottom of this dune dashboard: https://dune.xyz/wlhunter/MEV-Army-Dashboarxc. These spots will be based on a snapshot that will happen randomly at some point during the two week time frame (4/8/22 - 4/21/22).

2. MEV Army Holders: 25 Spots - 25 whitelist spots will be granted randomly to MEV Army holders in the form of a raffle. 1 MEV Army NFT = 1 entry into the raffle. These numbers will be based on a snapshot that will happen randomly at some point during the two week time frame (4/8/22 - 4/21/22).

3. x0r Quest Completions: 40 Spots - 40 whitelist spots will be awarded randomly to people that have completed x0r quests in the form of a raffle. 1 x0r badge = 1 entry into the raffle. By completing two x0r quests, you will have two entries (this way, even if the Badges are in two different wallets, you still have two chances). NOTE: While we will allow people to complete quests in the future, these spots are for those who have previously completed the quests.

We recognize there might be overlap between these groups. To be as fair as possible, we will ensure that no address will be given two whitelist spots. Addresses that are awarded a whitelist spot will be removed from the next pool (so the top holders will not be in the running for the MEV Army holders, and the top holders and the people randomly selected from holders will not be in the pool for quest completions)
