1 ETH to Mfer Ones to create the mferbuilderDAO's 1st Meme Cards season

GM, you may ask me: "Why does mferbuilderDAO need Meme Cards?"; My simple answer to it would be because Mfers are Memers and Memes bring smiles and happiness!

The 1 ETH will be used to create a New Metamask used only for the mferbuilderDAO's Meme Cards. After registering an ENS for the DAO's Meme Cards (registered for at least 6.9 years), a Manifold contract called "mferbuilderDAO Memes" will be created on testnet and then on mainet for the 1st Season of the Meme Cards (inspired from the 6529's Meme Cards); Season 1 will be composed of 7 different Meme Cards which will be dropped as 7 single Free Open Editions (Free for all and unlimited time to claim); Anyone will be able to create Season 2 and so on (for this reason the Seed Phrase of the Memes' Metamask could be shared, as soon as the 1st season is completed, with big DAO holders like HeresMyDAO and Zhoug). The remaining funds will be used to help Mfer Ones to get a New good laptop to allow him to build new cool stuff. All the 7 Meme Cards still need to be created, so if this proposal goes well everything should be completed within 42 days.
