mint mfergamers to support @mbc_mfer

I propose we mint a batch of mfergamers to support this builder.

In addition, the mfergamer NFTs have profit sharing, which would go right back to the DAO: white - black mfers: %0.01 zombie mfers: %0.05 ape mfers: %0.1 alien mfers: %0.5 note: You can multiply the amount of NFT you have by the above rate.

mfergamers cost 0.0012 eth per token, and are ERC-721A so we can mint a larger amount for low gas.

If this passes, I will create a real proposal that sends eth to a fresh wallet, and that wallet can mint the mfergamers and have them sent to the DAO wallet.
