I am proposing footsteps with my mfer, @zhoug at a cost of 1ETH for the month of January, 2023.

goal The goal of this residency is to support the mferbuilderDAO in taking high-leverage action and improving the user experience for its members. The scope of work will be centered around the following themes:

Content

• host daily "stand-up" format on twitch/discord/twitter

Governance

• build this DAO in the spirit of ethereum first-principles and leadership

Prop.house liason

• build capital allocation proposal for mferbuilderdao via prop.house

I will be working fulltime on the above tasks, I'll also be available for additional support for DAO initiatives as needed.

budget I am seeking 1 ETH of funding for the duration the residency. Having my basic needs met will allow me to continue providing un-divided attention to the DAO going forward.

I understand that this is a significant of the treasury for a single person this early, which is why I shall operate at my most righteous possible levels and provide measurable results back.
