Compensation for MTR Season 4 Leadership

For Season 3, MTR leadership was paid a base amount of $250 USD worth of $MTRS1 tokens per month each. Upon completion of Season 3 and reflection within leadership, this proposal is to increase the base pay for Season 4 leadership to $500 USD worth of $MTRS1 tokens per month each.

Reasoning:

• Multiple S3 leads have expressed that $250 USD worth of $MTRS1 tokens is not adequate compensation for the amount of time and effort they put into MTR.
• Current leads work around 1-10 hrs/week.
• The amount of time/effort may increase for S4 as MTR continues to grow and host better and more events, etc.

All leads will continue to be paid in tokens, not USD, until further notice. All amounts will be $xxx USD worth of $MTRS1 tokens.

CURRENT: $250 per month PROPOSED: $500 per month
