Proposal to Return the 10k USDC from MTR Treasury to DAOLabs / Tech Runs Global

In March 2022, Tech Runs partnered with the Guaynabo Mets basketball team in Puerto Rico as their official web3 advisors. From March 25-27, 2022, Tech Runs and The Mets held hoops sessions, NFT discussions, web3 educational sessions, and more for the community in Puerto Rico. Members of both MTR and LATR flew out to Puerto Rico for the weekend.

DAOLabs covered the Puerto Rico trip, which cost about $35k in total. No money from the MTR Treasury was used for this trip and partnership.

Krause House was 1 of the sponsors of the event weekend, but they sent the money too late, and DAOLabs had already fronted the money. In addition, KH transferred 10k USDC into MTR’s treasury instead of DAOLabs’ treasury. Upon review of DAOLabs finances, the DAOLabs accounting team caught this mistake and is requesting the return of the funds.

Upon return o the 10k USDC to DAOLabs, DAOLabs agrees to use the funds solely for Tech Runs Global purposes, including the upcoming Art Basel events in Miami this December. DAOLabs also agrees to have the 10k USDC go into a Tech Runs Global specific treasury rather than a general DAOLabs treasury.

This proposal is to correct the above mistake and to approve / deny the return of the 10k USDC from the MTR treasury into the Tech Runs Global treasury.
