Proposal Request to finance the NFT membership pass, operating tools, and service providers.

Tech Runs Global is requesting MTR treasury funds to finance the creation fee for NFT Membership Passes, operating tools that are used by the community to manage, monitor, and operate our DAO, and to pay off existing service providers.

NFT Membership Pass: Our leadership team has been hard at work implementing a subscription-based approach to create recurring revenue and simplify the onboarding process for new prospective members. This approach offers us two key benefits:

1. Funds to reinvest into enhancing members' experiences.
2. Funds to reinvest into hiring and compensating members for their valuable contributions.

The goal of this approach is to provide sustainable recurring benefits to both our organization and our members.

Operating Tools: Currently, we use Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Squarespace, Mailchimp, and Zoom.

Our team utilizes a variety of tools to facilitate front line engagement with prospective members, streamline onboarding and security processes, and manage our content and communications.

Notion: We use this tool to create public docs that help us engage with potential members, and to organize our onboarding and security materials.

Airtable: This tool is used for managing new member applications, member databases, automated email responses, and onboarding systems.

Google Workspace: We rely on this tool for our DAO email functions, surveys, calendars, and content drives.

Squarespace: Our DAO website is hosted on this platform, which we also use for website management and marketing.

Mailchimp: This tool is used for our Tr!be Talk newsletter and email marketing functions.

Zoom: We utilize Zoom to record our community meetings and leadership strategy sessions.

The total cost for this season (6 months) is 0.75 ETH

Tech Runs Basel was executed with grace by our community - the first of its kind. It gave us a glimpse of what we can achieve as a community by ourselves, and we look forward to making it an annual summit of interactive art collaborations, educational panels, and exciting sporting events like our Battle of Miami ProAm event. Who knows…next year may be the Battle of the Cultures? 👀

Having said that, we need to pay for the services provided by our service providers, as well as other services we would like to cover.

Cost: 3 ETH split between all TRG. (1 ETH from MTR)
