Should we create a permanent $MTR contract with a total supply of 1m tokens?

As we take our learnings from season one, we'd like to write a new contract that is permanent and not tied to a particular season. This is being done in order to increase the total number of potential MTR members, and to provide adequate liquidity to compensation pools for contributing members.

The new contract would consist of the following:

• 1 million token supply
• A forward match of 3:1 for all $MTRS1 token holders effective March 6, 2022.
