How long should MTR Off-Seasons be?

Currently, we have voted on each season lasting 3 months long with runs held every other week. Nevertheless, we have not solidified the length of off-seasons.

Off-seasons are used to reflect on the previous season, gather feedback, vote on changes, realign our North Star, decide on action items, and potentially reelect leadership/committee members to achieve those action items (will be another Snapshot vote).

Note: This off-season (between S2 and S3) has taken longer than the last due to more operational, organizational, and financial tasks needing to take place.
