How should we monitor guests?

On June 11, 2022, our community voted for guests to get 1 free visit and have to pay after (see Snapshot vote), and we are currently voting on additional rules for participating and non-participating guests. That being said, there is no concrete system in place to monitor and regulate guests at our token-gated events.

Please select how you think we should monitor guests.

1. Honor System: The host member will be responsible for the guest(s).
2. Manual Check-In: A designated check-in person(s) will manually monitor how many times guests have attended our events and whether they've paid the necessary amount, if applicable.
3. Automated Software Solution: A designated software development and operations team will build out an automated software solution. Please see Notion for more details.

For the manual check-in and the automated software solution options, the bounty amounts will be voted on at a later date, if passed.
