Season 3 Bounty Budget

Based on the Snapshot proposals that passed on 08/03/22 and 08/09/22, the MTR community has successfully passed the proposed budget for S3, including the compensation for leadership. Nevertheless, the budget did not include the bounty budget for committee members, 1-off tasks, etc.

This Snapshot proposal is to approve or deny the bounty budget (outside of leadership compensation) for Season 3 and the off-season following. The approved amount will become the bounty pool. Leadership will be given the discretion to spend the bounty pool on a case-by-case basis. The flow will occur as follows:

Committee lead will submit a bounty proposal to leadership. Leadership will approve/deny the bounty proposal during their weekly leadership meeting. If approved, the bounty will be added to the bounty board, where ANY MTR member will be able to apply for that bounty.

Any bounties beyond the amount of the approved budget will require a separate Snapshot vote.

All bounties will be paid in tokens, not USD. All amounts will be $xxx USD worth of $MTR tokens.

How much should be allocated towards the bounty budget for Season 3 and the following off-season (total of 4 months)?
