Compensation for MTR Season 3 Leadership

Prior to this, from the launch of MTR in June 2021 and over the past few months, numerous members have stepped up and actively played a role in the organization and success of MTR at zero cost to the DAO (no bounties). This season, we’re introducing bounties to properly compensate members for their effort and contribution. This Snapshot proposal is specifically regarding the 12 committee leads that were recently elected for Season 3.

Proposed Compensation PER Lead:

All leads will be paid in tokens, not USD. All amounts will be $xxx USD worth of $MTR tokens.

BASE PAY: $250 per month

INCENTIVE-BASED “COMMISSION”: The leads will collectively work together to reach KPIs.

Member Growth:

• Tier 1: 14 new members = $1,000 total per lead for the season
• Tier 2: 28 new members = $2,000 total per lead for the season
• Tier 3: 42 new members = $3,000 total per lead for the season
• Tier 4: 56 new members = $4,000 total per lead for the season

Revenue:

• Tier 1: $25,000 = $1,000 total per lead for the season
• Tier 2: $50,000 = $2,000 total per lead for the season
• Tier 3: $75,000 = $3,000 total per lead for the season
• Tier 4: $100,000 = $4,000 total per lead for the season
