Confirm MTR Committees and Leadership Positions

In order to continue to scale and succeed, we believe having set committees and leads to assist in the guidance, organization, and growth of MTR will be beneficial. As posted in the MTR chat on June 18th, this proposal is solely for the purpose of approving or denying the committees, leadership positions, and guidelines/requirements for leadership listed in this Notion. Nominations and elections will follow, if this proposal passes.
