How long should the terms be for leadership positions?

We are currently voting (Snapshot) to approve or deny the proposed MTR committees and leadership positions. During the discussion period, there was debate on how long leadership terms should be for the 12 leadership positions.

How long do you think the leadership terms should be?

Note: Leads can be re-elected and do not need to be removed from their position at the end of their term. The term will include the season(s) and following off-season(s).
